There is a volume option you can utilize if your having issues with your NVRAM called nvfail. This volume option provides protection against data corruption by failures of nonvolatile RAM (NVRAM). If you get a BATLOW NVRAM (battery low for NVRAM) notification then you may want to enable this option until your NVRAM battery get's replaced. Enable your filer's autosupport too, and analyze your environment & messages log. You can access them directly from your filer or from MyAsup 'raw support data'. . .
