3) This is the eleventh mission in the campaign for the Mirage 2000C in DCS 1.5.5. The Mirage 2000C is a single-engine multi-role fighter capable of firing long range missiles and dropping precision guided munitions (using a laser on the ground). It's very maneuverable and is a testament to French aircraft engineering.
The campaign covers some initial training exercises that expand upon the training missions for the M2000C. It's highly recommended to complete all the training missions prior to starting the campaign, as the campaign expands on knowledge acquired during the training.
The Russians get very bold in this mission and decide to attack our airbase. They've thrown a large group of fighters and bombers to try to set us back. I decided to let the INS align despite the risks, and it turns out it was enough time to be able to shoot down the enemy attack aircraft. Fortunately, we pushed the Russians back.
I'm using a jitter fix for my CH Pro Throttle. I kept getting the same jitter no matter what USB port I used, so I'm happy someone had a software solution to the problem. You can find out more about this here:
