De La Jet Set Radio - Corn's Tutorial Challenge
3Jet Set Radio (originally released in North America as Jet Grind Radio) is a 2000 action game developed by Smilebit and published by Sega for the Dreamcast. The player controls a member of a youth gang, the GGs, as they use inline skates to traverse Tokyo, spraying graffiti, challenging rival gangs, and evading authorities.
Sega re-released the game in Japan under the name De La Jet Set Radio. This version was released on October 18, 2001, in Japan via Dreamcast Direct (later renamed Sega Direct) and features content that was originally exclusive to PAL and North American versions, namely music, two playable characters, and two stages.
I used Redream for this game. Corn's tutorial challenge can be hard to complete especially on the hold onto the back of car and platform jumping section of his tutorial because of the clunky control and camera problem. One more thing...his name in the character select is his original name, Corn but when the game announced, "X has joined you"...his name is Tab instead so it's "Tab has joined you" instead of "Corn has joined you". I think they forgot to change his name in the "X has joined you" part after completing his tutorial challenge.
