Dead Space Part Part 14: Humanity’s Child
0So, after running back down to the Medical section in order to find a collection of chemicals to combat the Contaminated air, we ended the last video by meeting with a Doctor (don’t remember if he told us his name or not; I didn’t see it while re-watching it but I could be mistaken). As we combined the chemicals that we needed, he began to yell at us, explaining that our fight was pointless and how the Necromorphs is how our Race is going to evolve and become the future. What makes this particular character very interesting is that he reveals “Humanity’s Child”, A twisted Necromorph that seems to be unkillable. This monster is, at the very least, incredibly annoying to deal with because, as mentioned, it is immortal. Even if you waste ammo in killing it, it will revive itself and get right back up. That might not sound too bad (all you have to do is avoid it, right?) but, certain rooms won’t unlock until you kill all the enemies within the room (with the exception of the Immortal Being chasing us) and he likes to get in the way of shots or running at your face to murder it right off. As much as I want to spoil the end of the video and explain how we get rid of this guy, you probably wouldn’t believe it too be that easy.
