Welcome back to the channel, dear gamers. As promised, today i'll be kickstarting a new walkthrough. The game i'll treat you to on this year's Valentine's Day will be the neo-noir cult classic, Dead To Rights, so sit back, relax, snuggle up with your singificant other (unless you're like me and have no one) and enjoy the gameplay.

About Game: Dead To Rights is 2002 Action-Adventure Third-Person Shooter video game with neo-noir elements developed and published by Namco for Microsoft Xbox, Sony PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube and Windows-based PCs. It is the first game of Dead To Rights video game series and is set after both Dead To Rights 2 and Dead To Rights: Retribution. Upon release, Dead To Rights was met with mostly positive reviews on account of its fast-paced gameplay and gritty story although criticism was aimed specifically at the high difficulty curve present in Xbox version that doesn't exist in any other version of the game and at mandatory mini-games which often halt otherwise fast-paced gameplay. Regardless, Dead To Rights was popular enough to win multiple commendations and awards from major gaming publications like GameSpot and IGN, latter of whom even added Dead To Rights to their list of top 100 best PlayStation 2 titles. Series was continued with an prequel, Dead To Rights 2, released in 2005.

Story of the game is set in Grant City, the metropolis located in Grant County, United States of America. Once known for its thriving economy based on gold mining, Grant City fell into severe corruption and crime in the early 20th century with issues related to both its criminal elements and endemic political corruption continuing to plague it even at the dawn of the new millennium nearly a century later. In this city, Jack Slate, young police officer, works alongside his K-9 partner, an Wolf-dog named Shadow, to keep its streets at least a bit safer. One night, Jack answers an call about the shots fired at the construction site near Grant City's Chinatown. As him and Shadow arrive, they are attacked by a group of armed construction workers and foremen, forcing Jack to fight his way through the construction site, eventually finding an unfinished building where he is met by an horrific sight; Corpse of his own father, Frank Slate, ex-police officer kicked off the force for alleged corruption-turned private detective. Intent on finding out who killed his father, Jack immediately disobeys the order to stay out of the case due to its personal nature for him and, aware that the only person who could be classified as Frank's "enemy" was a man named Augie Blatz, a crime lord whose set-up cost Frank his position in the police force, heads out to track him down...
