In order to unlock the It's Just A Fucking Laser! achievement, you need to fire the Electrolaser for at least 15 seconds. This achievement only has an unlock rate of 0.1% Players as of now, and can be a pain to get.

First off, you need to have the Hunter unlocked, which can be done by completing 10 combat encounters (iirc). The Hunter is very easy to unlock, so this is the easy part. The reason we want the Hunter is because its heavy weapon, the Arc Canon, can be upgraded to the Electrolaser.

Once you start a run with the Hunter, you want to clear combat arenas (encounters). After each arena, you get a choice of rewards to choose from. You want to look for a door that grants you a Heavy Weapon upgrade. With some luck, you will get the option to upgrade the Arc Canon to the Electrolaser, which turns your Arc Canon into a laser that can be continuously fired by holding down the button. On top of that, the max ammo it can hold is boosted to 99 instead of 30.

After upgrading to the Electrolaser, continue completing combat arenas, but DON'T leave the area after the battle by choosing a reward. Scout the area out, and look for special ammo pickups (red bullets. Probably called Heavy Ammo, but whatever). You want to look for an arena that has 3 special ammo pickups on the ground, AND, preferably near jump pads. These will allow you to get to the ammo much quicker. Any movement speed upgrades will also help with this.

Once you have found a suitable arena (and have killed all the enemies), stand near a special ammo pickup. If you have one near a jump pad that shoots you towards the next ammo pickup, that will be even better. Hold down the button to keep the laser going, and right before you run out of ammo, grab the special ammo pickup.

After grabbing the ammo, start heading towards the next ammo pickup (walk, use a jump pad, whatever). Again, repeat the same thing. Stand near the ammo and grab it right before running out of ammo, which will charge it back up to 99 again, and you will still be firing the laser.

Repeat these steps one more time as you head to the third ammo pickup. Just grab it before you run out again, and once the third charge has been depleted, the achievement will unlock!

I tried this with only 2 ammo pickups, and I did not unlock the achievement. After counting the seconds that a full charge can give you, I was around 6-7, so you will fall just short with 2 I believe. Also, when you grab the special ammo, it only gives you 90/99 of the charge back, so the second and third ammo pickups you grab don't last quite as long.

This may take a few attempts to get, as it REALLY depends on RNG (getting the Heavy Weapon upgrade door, having the Electrolaser as an option, and having multiple special ammo pickups in a combat arena), so don't get discouraged if you don't get it first try! I am sure there is another way to get this, but I have done many runs now, and this was how I finally popped this achievement.
