In order to unlock the I cast FIST! Achievement, you need to one shot an enemy with a melee attack. As of right now, this only has an unlock rate of 0.1% on Steam, so here is some help on how to unlock it.

First off, you are going to want to play as the Soldier. The Soldier is the character that has the Gripwire. Keep playing until you get an Implant as a choice of reward after combat in a room. Interact with the door, and if RNG is on your side, choose to grab the Myoactuator Enhancer. This Implant gives your next melee attack an extra 50 damage (and a passive movement speed of +10%).

Once you have the Myoactuator Enhancer, you will want to link it to your Gripwire Rappel Use (you can actually choose any of these, but Gripwiring an enemy to get right up in their face will make this easiest). After installing it to the Gripwire (or whatever you chose), get to the next combat encounter.

The reason I chose the Gripwire is that you only get the +50 to melee damage on the next attack after you have used whatever it is linked to. Since the Gripwire pulls you to the enemy you target and use it on, you will trigger the +50 melee damage AND be right in their face. REMEMBER, you cannot hurt the enemy through any means before melee attacking them.

If you did what I did, then just Gripwire a normal, squishy enemy, and right when you are in their face, melee attack them. If you chose another option to link your Myoactuator Enhancer to, then make sure to trigger that first, and then melee a completely healthy enemy. This will pop the achievement if they die in a single hit from the melee damage!
