I held off on this one for awhile. Mostly because of the weird code format since I used VirtuaNES' on-board cheat tools. But it's much ado about hyphens. I'm sure they will work elsewhere. In Nestopia I used address 0009 and value 05 ect... .

Put the code in like this on VirtuaNES: 0009-01-05
The second code that makes the fireballs chase after you is: 0009-01-a1

I know the video says 0009-00-a1. But it gets converted on the Cheat Code tool to 0009-01-a1 anyway. No idea why. The URL of this video is just too funny to delete because of a small and inconsequential detail like this.
