Lufia 2 codes: Shop breaking, file deleting, no random battling code!
2I found this code on GameFAQs while looking for a no random battles code. This was a code that the creator, Ugetab, found by accident. It doesn't just turn off random battles. It screws with the shops. And I've discovered that it can also force the game back to the Natsume screen and possibly even delete your file. This code is cool. But be really careful with it. You can lose your progress. At least do it on a duplicate file.
If you use L/R to scroll you may find some interesting items in the shop list. Some appear as blank spaces and I think that some items may be glitched. It's not shown here but I once saw a gauntlet occupying a blank space. And it bumped Maxim's defense up to 999. His stats were the same as what you see in the video. So that's impossible. I have no idea if glitched equipment does what it says or is even safe to use. So proceed with caution.
No equip is a blank space item that doesn't cost anything and won't sell for anything. It won't show up in your inventory either. Although it will show up in the shop menu as sellable. I don't know if it's the same "No equip" from the equip screen or not. It may be something that has to do with blank spaces that occur in the smaller shop lists. You just aren't meant to see or interact with it normally.
