Here are the two links...

1) VMEX
http://steamreview.org/external/vdc/vmex098g.zip

2) GCFSCAPE
http://tinyurl.com/cf4vg

Make sure that you download the newest versions of both, as some times the older ones don't load up properly.

REMEMBER: Don't steal other peoples maps! It's really noobish.

QUESTIONS...

----------------------------------------------

QUESTION: One of the programs doesn't load! I double click and it does flashes up a screen then disappears again!

ANSWER: Download .NET Framework from the Windows website.

----------------------------------------------

QUESTION: HELP! I can't decompile a certain map! It keeps failing!

ANSWER: Some maps, such as cpl_mill, have special entities in the map to prevent people from decompiling. Which is fair enough, I guess. I'm afraid that there's nothing I can do to help.

----------------------------------------------

QUESTION: HELP! What's a BSP?

ANSWER: Um... if you put it in the maps folder of a game it'll show up in the list of maps for that game. You don't need to know any more than that- it's simply a compiled map, with lighting and stuff. Which is why it's so much larger than a VMF file. Did you know you can compress dust 2's vmf to about 50 kb? (I think)
