The version played is a bonus game included in the Sega Saturn game DYNAMITE DEKA/ DIE HARD ARCADE
This arcade game was released in 1979 by Sega. It is a very simple game. It’s very easy to play but your credit won’t last for long. It’s also strange that there is only one life so plays are incredibly short.
It’s no better than a handheld LCD game, but it was 1979 so games just weren’t good then.
There was an Atari 2600 port of this game named Sub-scan.
