The mighty power of a silver tongue really shines in the depressing atmosphere of Act 2. You can avoid most main boss fights completely or (in case of Kethric) partially with the right skillset. Telling a video game boss to off themselves is now a legitimate way to kill them.

Tip: don't forget that you can use your most suitable companion to pass the skill checks (just remember you won't be able to earn their approval if you need it).

Note: You still need to fight Kethric on the rooftop of Moonrise Towers, but this is where you need to initiate right dialogue to be able to skip his part of the boss battle against Myrkul in the Mindflare Colony. To be able to pull this off you need to thoroughly explore the Towers beforehand.
