Demo plays XCOM 2 war of the chosen ironman - 52
0Hello all and welcome to my let’s play! Join me in watching me fail through my ironman playthrough of XCOM 2 war of the chosen! Its the 5th time and we amped up the difficulty somewhat because of that.
Today we start the episode with a guerrila ops. We are sending in a less experienced (but still strong) team so our A-team has time to recover for an assault on the Chosen Warlock, or one of the other 2 story based missions that we still have to do to finish this campaign.
Things get very dicey in the field however as I jumped by the fact that just about all of the enemies on the map are located in the exact same location.
We get close to losing soldiers and have to resort to using our double mimic beacons to avoid from serious harm from befalling our squad. I feel I was abit to cocky going into this mission and I was quikly put into my place.
Nothing serious happened, but thats more thanks to the mimic beacons then anything else. On the geoscape we continue time until our A-team has fully recovered and we send a few covert actions out as well. Research wise we are pretty much done for this campaign but we got some minor things like datapads still to keep our scientists busy.
Half of this episode is faffing about to have our A-team ready for next episode but I hope the episode isent to boring because of that.
