This next Forsaken video shows you how to complete the oracle offering bounty correctly. You'll need to pick up & complete the "Gateway Between Worlds" bounty by beating the Blind Well EP events. There are 3 tiers + now adding in a T4 heroic version:

Tier 1 = 10%
Tier 2 = 20%
Tier 3 = 30%
Tier 4 (Heroic Version if this counts) = About 40% or more

Once the meter reaches 100%, cash in the bounty first & ensure you have the weekly offering bounty on you to present the offering to the queen for legendary rewards. Enjoy the video!
