After the precedent we had the first delivery of Destiny Virtual Reality Modification for Windows Mixed Reality Helmets. Beta version is already knew that if we bought his sequel we would have to pay a good amount of euros to enjoy his full experience. Not in vain, from its very premiere we sold an Expansion Pass for the not insignificant figure of 34.99 euros, giving us access in this way to two expansions when they were launched.

We like this policy more or less, the truth is that The Curse of Osiris, the first of these two expansions, is now available, introducing new content with which Bungie hopes to re-engage those Guardians who have left the game or were starting to tire of him.

Trillions of realities. The first novelty and probably one of the most outstanding ones is in the introduction of a new story arc with its own missions and videos. This time we will travel to Mercury, where the Vex have created a machine capable of simulating trillions of realities to find a way to create a chronology in which life disappears and only they are left.

A major update is also available. Taking advantage of the premiere of 'The Curse of Osiris', Bungie has released a new free patch for all players of 'Destiny 2', regardless of whether they are made with this expansion or not. Thanks to it, numerous errors and bugs have been solved, in addition to having considerably improved the balance of many aspects of the game, such as the effectiveness of exotic weapons or the player's own progression and the experience we receive for each type of activity.

As you can imagine, this is not something that we can allow, so we will embark on a new adventure that we liked a lot at the narrative and plot level, becoming what is probably our favorite episode of all Destiny in history. refers.

Here the writers have stuck to create a plot of pure science fiction, with alternative realities, temporary travel, impossible technologies and complicated plans to counteract and find the bad guy who has entertained us very much and who has even seemed very original in certain details

Eye, its development is not that it is anything revolutionary, since it is still typical of "a new threat has appeared, so look for a way to neutralize it and save the galaxy once more", but it is well taken, the new ones characters have a hook and get enough interest to want to continue moving forward and discover what is going to happen next.

Although most of this new story arc is developed in Mercury, there are also some missions that are set in familiar areas.
Regarding the playable level, the new history missions do not leave too much of what was seen before, posing situations that we have experienced many times in the main game, although at least the shootings are still as varied and magnificent as always , so that at no time they get bored.

As it usually happens with these expansions, the duration of the main plot is very scarce and it will take only three or four hours to complete it. In fact, the difficulty is quite low and even with a character just up to level 20 (you only need to have completed the main Destiny 2 campaign to access it) we will not have problems to deal with all your challenges.

Obviously, when set in Mercury, a new region has been introduced to explore and conduct patrols and public events, although we advise you that it is much smaller than the rest. What is really interesting about the new areas of The Curse of Osiris is inside the machine created by the Vex (known as the Infinite Forest), since there we can cross sections that are generated randomly every time we enter and explore in the versions of the past, present and future of the planet.

The new areas that we will visit will once again be an authentic artistic experience. This is the first time that Bungie dares to create scenarios of this type, although we can only get into this forest of probabilities during the missions and the new Assaults, which helps to always have a randomness factor that provides variety to these activities so that we do not get tired so fast of them when we have to repeat them many times.

Despite everything and although it is still "more Destiny", this expansion has very good details and enough content so that the most dedicated fans of this universe have plenty of reasons to return to their role as Guardians for some more weeks. We have made this article thanks to a PC code that Activision Blizzard has offered us.
