Destroy Anxiety Instantly With This Technique
Anxiety is such a nasty thing. It keeps you up at night, gives you stomach aches, and makes even getting out of bed a challenge. How do you get rid of it instantly? With this breathing exercise and great way to think about anxiety.
The term "anxiety" gets almost 6 million google search hits a month. Most of us experience the occasional low to mid-level clash with anxiety, but some of us get it a lot worse.
But the good news is that there's an easy way to get rid of it instantly.
I remember when I was afraid to approach people.
I remember the moment when I became more comfortable and started taking control over my thoughts and nerves.
I went from struggling to talk to 1 person to making jokes, speeches, and small talk in Japanese and English in front of hundreds of people.
It was a mindset shift. I taught myself to take actions with the intent of growing from them.
But that's not what I'm offering in this video.
Mindset work is great, but sometimes we want something a bit more tangible, right? Something you can physically do to get your mind, body, and heart aligned to do something that you know you should be doing.
Besides being one of the go-to techniques I use when I get stressed out, I've shared this simple anxiety fix with many clients and they always gives great results.
These techniques are just band-aids though. Things you can use when you need them, but it's way better to stop the problem before it starts.
The habit of anxiety can be broken (or at least lessened greatly) if you understand it. Remember that anxiety is your body and mind's way of signaling to you that it doesn't feel comfortable with what is coming - or what is perceived to be coming.
Take time to mentally rehearse future situations going well. Make it a habit to wake up and imagine how amazingly the rest of your day will be.
Train yourself to take actions in spite of the fear of things not working out because you will almost always find that things work out better than you imagined.
