Full Analysis of 1.4.3 Beta Patch (Video) - https://youtu.be/RGNIzzVCAVY
SCRIPT:
Forum Link - https://bit.ly/2YQdTXh

- First we have a couple of players stating that they cannot sell their
workshops back in town because all the nobles are broke. Another player states that the recent changes has dropped the notables carrying gold from 30K to 10K.

The devs then reply and state that yes this is all related and that a fix for
this issue will come next week.

Personally i had no idea of this change, it must be a bug that was caused by changes because this was no where in the patch notes. Good to see a fix coming soon and hopefully it helps!

- Second we have a player suggesting changes that might help the economy in the game right now. Player states that either looter numbers need to be capped per party or fewer spawns or to increase the caravan strength so they can deliver goods from town to town more reliably. Also player states that this situation we currently have makes town have scare resources late game and prices skyrocket.

The devs respond and state that there is an inflation of about 50% when it
comes to item price averages. This happens after 10-15 in game years and the devs assume this has to do with prosperity and consumption, rather than bandits and caravans.

- Third we a player making a false statement with facts being taken out
of context to fit the negative dev agenda thats on the forums.

The player states that the devs are at odds when it comes to their statements on updates and the future of the game. States one dev said they are on track and keeping their promise to implement the features that are needed. (This is a true statement in regards tot a question about the games completion percentage) and state that another dev said they are 90% done and will be balancing and adding a little bit more content. (False statement, i will read what the devs replied with and also the original statement the dev made to show what the dev really meant)

The dev responds and states that he never stated 90% of the game is done, but 90% of the coding is done while speaking on code refactor issues, not game completion percentages. Dev also states that it is hard to give a percentage for content.

Now here is the original dev statement:

First we have a player asking about the code refactor and how long it will take to complete in the devs opinion.

Dev responds: "I am totally against refactoring at this step, we already
wrote 90% of code already after now we need to add content new quests or
balance things like weak kingdoms should try to make peace with strongest
enemy more. We are doing refactor to write remaining 10% easier. We could add lots to game instead of this refactor. Anyway what done is done and we spend 6 weeks on bugs of refactor caused. Now its time to move on.

As you can see the devs was speaking about 90% of code being written, but that does not translate to 90% of the game being finished content wise. Also by the question being asked, obviously the dev was not speaking about game completion percentages like the first dev.

- Fourth we have a couple players bringing up a warband multiplayer hacking and stating that it has gotten pretty blatant and to the point of where the website that sells the hacks are adverting in the multiplayer servers. Another player then states that these hacks are starting to make it into bannerlord and it needs to be stopped for both games.

The devs reply and state that this thread will be forwarded to the warband devs and that if you have a problem with hacker or suspect someone of hacking to report them either through private messages to the devs or to use the in game reporting system. Devs also state that they are working with BattleEye to prevent hacking and cheating and that they have taken actions against several accounts. Also state that they have enabled VAC bans recently so this situation is being taken very seriously.

Good to see that cheating is being taken seriously, i personally have not
played multiplayer yet, but will when the next beta comes out, so i have no
clue if this is a big or small problem. Let me know in the comments if you
play multiplayer and if cheating is a huge problem or not.

Lastly i am going to end this video in the same way i ended most update
and dev talk videos, i want to thank the developers for staying active and
bringing good changes.
