- First we have a player asking about how to change a childs name since
there was no popup after he clicked on the notification of a new baby being
born.
Devs reply and state that if the player does not see the child in the clan
page, then to report this bug to the technical support with his save game file, but if the child is visible, to click on the childs name that is displayed
right under the other tab.
By the way i will link the technical support forum page in the description
below for anyone who has any problem they wish to report. Devs do check these posts and try to fix the issues provided -
https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?forums/mount-blade-ii-bannerlord.528/
- Second we have a player making a thread about not being able to play
multiplayer on the new beta 1.4.3 patch.
Devs state that betas usually do not have multiplayer servers, lives do for
the most part. but also state that the next beta patch will have servers to
test server changes and upcoming multiplayer changes.
- Third im going to put on the screen an explanation on how to get
multiplayer servers to work if you do have a problem, this is a statement
from the devs and how another player got multiplayer to work after some
issues. You can pause it if you would like, but lets move on.
- Fourth we have a player asking if the clan system will be implemented in
the next multiplayer patch that will be on the next beta because he has a clan and wants to get on as soon as possible and claim their in game clan name first before any trolls.
The devs state that the next beta patch will have the clan system included.
Devs also state that beta servers are on a completely different back-end so
nothing is transferred from live to beta or vice versa. This means if you
claim a clan name in the beta, you will have to claim it again in the live.
Also devs state that they are considering transferring clans from beta to
live so it would save the clans name and members. If this is to happen, then
the devs will let us know before the patch goes live and i will try to let you
guys know aswell!
- Fifth we have a player stating that the game currently makes too much
fish and towns and people overall do not consume as much fish, therefore there is a place deflation due to a huge stockpile. The player also states that this goes for a lot of other products that a player or caravan trades.
The devs respond and state that the numbers the player provided do not seem to be accurate and that for fish the differential is low because fish is
produced everywhere equally unlike other resources that have a lot of
production on one side of the map and a lack of on the opposite side.
Also the dev states that the default trade penalty will be decreased from 10% to 8% which should bring more profits to all forms of trading, player or AI.
This change from 10% to 8% was already made in the latest hotfix we got
yesterday and it looks like it does cause a small boost to trading, let me
know if you guys have noticed the boost or not.
- Sixth we have a player asking about price drops as you sell multiple
quantities of one item. The player states that the price drop has been changed and now it drops very quickly and that really impacts the profits that can be made from trading.
The devs go into detail and state that they have examined this situation and
state that sometimes faster price drops will occur and are not illogical. If
you are selling an item at its max value, the price will drop faster because
the towns demand for clay will be equalized after receiving some from the
player. This happens especially in small prosperity towns with less than 4000 prosperity.
Devs also state that the code was not changed much in this area, but demand for items were a bit reduced. Also devs state that they will continue to examine money issues and problems and state that maybe they will reduce troop wages.
Also ask the player if they can upload their saved game so the devs can examine further.
Lastly i am going to end this video in the same way i ended most update
and dev talk videos, i want to thank the developers for staying active and
bringing good changes.
Also as an early access game, if you are playing on the beta, do not expect
the the gameplay to be stable, it is a beta branch meant for play testing and
reporting.
