DFFOO GL - Dimensions' End Transcendence 4: Reckoning (Yuna/Vaan/Setzer)
After the absolute nightmare that was the Right Crucible, this stage was a nice and easy palette cleanser for me at least, I only had to retry once and it was only in the first wave.
The first wave is actually the more bulky in terms of raw defense and the more aggressive wave here, so IMO it's actually best to unleash a BT phase early on to rush through them. I did mess up once by letting Setzer's freeze get cleansed right after applying it, as these bosses will just cleanse unframed debuffs, but it wasn't a game ender and Yuna's Cheer is good enough for keeping the party healthy. All I can really say on this wave is to not hold back and get through it as quickly as you can before they start overwhelming you.
Second wave is the easier of the two IMO as they have lower SPD so they aren't as aggressive. Both waves have a mechanic where they become invulnerable to HP damage if you take too many turns so turn hogging is ill-advised, though you are likely to set it off if you Burst or Summon, which is fine as long as you just BRV attack or something for a few turns.
Honestly there isn't much to say here as I didn't take any particularly special considerations here, I heard people have trouble with the second wave due to their defenses but of course Setzer helps with that and I brought a Jack and Kurasame LDCA to help too. Contrary to what I experienced in the Right Crucible, this is probably an ideal setup for this stage, so apologies if it's uninspired, I really wanted to get it over with though lol.
