Move over Terra - Yang! The new OP combo is now Terra-Cissnei! The strat plays very similarly to the Terra-Yang of old, but the damage has been vastly upgraded with Cissnei and the buff from Ifrit summon.

Reset until Lightning goes first followed by Cissnei. This shouldn't be very difficult due to the difference in Speed.
Lightning's role is solely to charge summon meter. What I did is:
Call abilities-LD-S1-EX-LD-S1-LD-S2-EX-LD-S2-S1- AA-AA-AA
This will be more than enough to charge summon meter to full.
Swap Lightning out, use Garnet BT+, then AA then pop summon
3:30 Summon Mode
The goal is to setup Cissnei and also to provide both Cissnei and Garnet Ifrit's buff, making sure not to burn it out. Cissnei should not use AA.
End in Terra's turn and have her use LD, which is the start of LD-Meltdown spam
7:39 Terra BT Mode
The rest of the fight is really just LD-MELTDOWN
