Although he is not that meta, Bartz is still usable as a decent aura bot. If you set up your team comp well for the fight, you should haven't any difficulty in clearing the content. Just do your normal hit-and-counter run. The Setzer freeze joker with Cor Break immunity will protect the party from any harm. (I will recommend you to use Raijin LDCA though if you have that). Use your BT auras once the boss force gauge is about to max.

Summon Pandemonium and activate Squall FR and chain your FR echoes. Use Raines LDCA and have Squall go BRRR to finish up the fight. I got around 748% before I activate the BT phase.
