To avoid the black Inkcloud counters and ensure that you do damage to the boss easily, you need to bring a Holy enchanter and no other element enchants. You can replace Kuja with Eiko. But I feel Kuja works better here due to his stronger damage output. Fortunately, the fight doesn't have those nasty boss force gauge charge rate-up mechanics and relatively low HP pool but by today's standards.

1) Quina uses its EX. Kuja use S1 for Holy imperil. Freya uses S2. Quina uses AA and LD
2) Kuja uses S2. Freya uses AA and Jump. Kuja uses another S1. Both bosses will target your party with Group Water. Quina uses S2. With Freya off-turn healing from her spear. You should be safe.
3) Kuja uses his EX. Freya uses her LD and uses Jump again. Quina uses its EX. Use Seymour LDCA and Kuja uses his LD.
4) Quina goes into its BURST phase to charge your gauge and max its frog stacks.
5) Kuja uses an AA and S2+. Freya uses EX. Kuja uses EX.
6) Quina uses S2.
7) Use Raijin LDCA (to protect against the boss force time if triggered by accident). Freya uses another LD. Swap out for Friend Astos.
8) Kuja uses an AA, Summon Brothers. Kuja use S2.
9) Use Lunafreya LDCA and Quina uses its FR, Luna CA, EX, FR echo
10) Astos friend uses 2 FR echo. (I should use his BT finisher here, I forgot I am using a friend support here, not my own Astos)
11) Kuja uses S2+ (high turn rate) and LD.
12) Quina uses its BT finisher. Astos uses his BT finisher
13) Kuja uses his LD and Astos finishes up with his S2

- SHINRYU auras will trigger at the start of the fight and the 79% HP threshold
- Goes into Unbind mode at 89%, 69%, and 29% HP threshold.
a) Gains 100% ATK Up. Raises BRV DMG resists by 50%. Inflicts 50% SPD Down debuff on all targets
b) Counters all elemental brave damage except for Dark or Holy, (ST BRV, inflicts 2T Blind debuff)
- Ends Unbind mode with Retract at 79% and 39%
- Have 2 basic attacks
a) Slowing Blast – ST BRV, Inflicts 50% SPD Down 5T
b) Group Water – Reset break status, AOE BRV+HP. Grants 50% SPD Up for 5T
- Need to kill both bosses at the same if not, the surviving Kraken will use Arise (restore fallen Kraken to max HP) on the following action. This mechanic can trigger even while in BURST or summon phase!
