DFFOO [JP] What is HP dmg reduction and this green thing? Can I eat? - Quina, probably
Just a "quick" display of Quina's BT bypassing HP dmg reduction and showing how much easier the CoD fight in Act 3 Final Chapter has become after FR echo is a thing. This also include some Quina's Mustard Bomb trap play along with off-turn dmg from Rubicante.
Other than the serious magic/melee BRV dmg reduction in different stages, CoD has a 100% HP dmg reduction from attacks that are not FA after the boss FG is over 60%. Usually you deal close to 0, if not 0 HP dmg when this is on, and you would want to go into FT either after CoD's FT is over or before it gets to 60%.
With Quina, you can just ignore all that and deal full HP dmg at all times and go into FT anytime you want. You can do this in other stages with even heavier HP dmg reduction as well. If you are efficient enough and plan on doing 1 FT clears, 5T of Quina BT should be enough to wipe everything off the floor.
For example:
The tree from Spiritus Pandemonium can block 150-400% HP dmg when you are not launching it (9999% even if you take 10 consecutive turns after it has entered the final stage).
The most recent Hell House fight in Act 4 Ch 1 pt 1. If you still have problems with it and don't have a means of getting through the 20FT or the buff that reduces BRV/HP dmg, you can pop Quina BT and deal max HP dmg as if nothing has happened. If you plan on using Quina FR however, beware that one of the conditions is to deal more than 9999 BRV dmg, which can still be a problem to the characters other than Quina because of the BRV dmg reduction and lack of rainbow numbers.

I threw in Enna Kros at the end just for fun. Usually she would have a hard time capping every subsequent hits, but in this case even without help from someone like Sherlotta, she could effortlessly reach the cap.
Thancred was there for the extra HP dmg taken up for Aerith. I couldn't find a time to get him in and I didn't want to risk CoD going into FT, so he was there just filling the spot. It may be easy to 1 FT CoD now, but turn management through all those lock turns, adds and 1 turn auto-delay is still quite a piece of work.
Aerith's debuff was delayed to let the adds give CoD the haste buff.
There is no point in conserving Lunafreya's skills. Just pop the LD again after BT for max buff duration.
