As per request of some viewers, just exploring more with Snow BT's power of refund.

Do note that none of them are BRV gain aura characters.

Cid:
00:00: EX without Launch and LD
01:33: EX with Launch
Following the logic of Prompto taking advantage of Snow's BT to do full dmg despite having low BRV hits/source but a dozen of HP dumps, Cid with his EX is another obvious candidate. What's different from Prompto is that Cid has an even tougher uphill battle to fight, as he only has 1 single ST BRV hit to fuel each of his 13 HP dumps. Also, he does not even have inherit BRV gain up included in his EX extension II.
Despite all this, he was able to reach max dmg in each dump in the test. I also included a LD use and a launch for reference. The launch can reach up to 3 mil on a ST and 2.2 on the others.

Zack BT:

Similarly, Zack BT's penultimate flurry of attacks before the finisher is structured as 1 BRV hit x12 HP dumps. What's different from Cid is his cap is during the finisher is naturally higher, so he can go easily beyond the normal cap. Ordinarily even with all the HP cap increasers and HP dmg up the lone BRV hit does not go very far, but with Snow and Y'shtola even if he cannot hold all that BRV until the final attack, he can reach around 342K on each HP dump even with my trash gear. Poor Rem. Someone can prolly do better than mine with better gear.
In case you are wondering after looking at the Zidane section, yes, Zack can hold 510K+ with Iroha LDCA, but that only lasts for on attack because he can't actually hold that much.

The Iroha LDCA trick is not a new one, but it was much harder to pull off with the old dmg, BRV gain and other auras. Zidane is still a Lv80 character but he is about to become even stronger with Lv90 awakening at the end of the month. Putting it here just as a reminder.
In comparison, Zidane's BT finisher is much easier to get to its full potential with 3 AoE BRV hits translated into 6 HP dumps. What's holding him back is mostly because of his Lv80 status, lacking the BRV dmg/gain
from his extension. Though through the other two's BT effect he can reach max dmg just with one HP dmg up CA from Seymour. I would say the BRV dmg come from Snow's higher than usual 40% Ice enchant, Y'shtola's LD/BT aura (which btw the BT still has the iBRV requirement, but Snow's refund makes it a non-issue) and partly from Seymour's Call.
Zidane is more suitable for the Iroha trick + Snow/Y'shtola combo because he launches and he has a BRV+ that retains all of his BRV afterwards. So if you BT with it and save up those 500K+ BRV, you can dump it again with the BRV+ and use it again with launches. Naturally you can do it twice if you have him at BT+3. So it is a pretty neat trick to launch things with those BRV when the others can keep theirs as well without needing something like Selphie LDCA or Keiss LDCA for refund on the ground.
Also, even though Y'shtola got 380K reserved BRV through Iroha CA, she cannot keep it all of it by initiating launches with an attack, so it is best just to dump it when Zidane launches,

Zidane: BT+0, normal HA

I would say the others with similar BRV+HP dmg structure should reach max dmg with ease with this setup as well. Other than the ridiculous Sherlotta BRV gain wombo combo I would say these batch of characters benefit the most when they have difficulties capping HP dumps otherwise.
