A reference was made to a mutant from the MCU comics! When Yelena and Natasha are working on breaking Red Guardian out of prison, we can see him engaging in several arm wrestles while recounting a story about Captain America. One of the people he arm wrestles in Ursa, who made his first appearance in the 1981 comic book, ‘Incredible Hulk issue #258.’ Ursa Major was a mutant that could turn into a giant bear, and while we never saw that in the movie, it does set up a potential introduction for mutants into the MCU again.
