Dino Crisis 2 HD Walkthrough \ Let's Play - PS1 Part 11 - Dylan and David Watergrate Mini-Game
Dino Crisis 2 HD Walkthrough \ Let's Play - PS1 Part 11 - Dylan and David Watergrate Attack!
After Regina's battle with the Giganotosaurus she reunites with Dylan and David. Together our two heroes and David head towards the watergate. However the valve needs to be moved in order to open said gate and give the gang access. It's here Dylan and David are attacked by a large group of raptors.
Now another mini-game starts. As Dylan in first person mode, you've to shoot dead every raptor that tries to attack David. This mini-game requires fast aim, but isn't overly annoying. Just make sure you saved earlier!
After this mini-game ends Dylan and David head back towards Regina only to be confronted by an Allosaurus. Which ends with Dylan floating down the river. Alive, but separated from the others he once again meets the blonde haired girl. This is where a short escort mission begins. Simply walk forward killing all dinosaurs and it will soon end.
Now at a mysteries building you've to unlock the laser grid that blocks your path. Simply press enter on all four large coloured panels and then the switch next to the lasers.

Dino Crisis 2 is what most people would recommend to be the final game in the series anyone should play, and from what i've seen of Dino Crisis 3.. I agree with them. So, for the love of Regina don't expect me to play anything beyond this Dino Crisis.

This version of Dino Crisis 2 is being played on the Playstation 1 emulator ePSXe, which is why the graphics are so shape, and why sometimes the audio may repeat, but it's been handled pretty well. I'd also like to add that the odd slow down was because of FRAPS, not the emulator. Play Dino Crisis 2 on a good PC while not recording and you won't have slow down.

Dino Crisis 2 is an action game and sequel to Dino Crisis. The game was developed and published by Capcom and was released for the PlayStation on September 30, 2000.
After the events of the previous game, unsafe research into time-distorting Third Energy has resulted in the fictional metropolis of Edward City being transported back to the age of the dinosaurs, along with all of its inhabitants. Special Tactics and Reconnaissance operative Regina returns as one of the main playable characters, sent along as an adviser to the rescue team that travels through time to find survivors of the time displacement and recover data on the Third Energy experiments. Dylan Morton, the rescue team leader, is the second playable character. Despite Dylan and Regina initially going their separate ways, they end up joining forces to find a way back to the present. The player switches between controlling Regina and Dylan at specific points during the story.
Dino Crisis 2 is an action-adventure game that uses predetermined camera angles. Capcom Production Studio 4. changed the series' focus from the survival horror of the first Dino Crisis by creating a more action-packed arcade-style experience that featured more open areas, greater varieties of weapons and enemies and less emphasis on puzzles.
As players kill dinosaurs in succession, countering attacks and avoiding damage in areas, they can earn Extinction Points a form of in-game currency that tally up as player moves between locations. Throughout the game, the player can locate and use computer stations that act as a save point where players can save and load games. They can also spend Extinction Points on new weapons, upgrades, health packs and ammunition. There are also bandages (used to stem bleeding). This type of injury occurs when a player takes damage from certain attacks, and it results in slow draining of the health bar.
