This trophy is missable because you could fail to protect Bonnie. This quest will begin once you head to the top floor of The Pickaxe Tavern and try to enter the first door on the left (you will be able to see the skirmish in the next room before you even open the door).
As soon as you try to open the door, a conversation will begin (which starts this quest). You must answer "cautiously" (choosing option #2 with both of your main characters) in order to proceed. If successful the door will now be open.
Use a Freezing or Water arrow to disable the bomb fuse, or have a mage use the Teleportation spell to move Bicky to a safe area for it to explode.
If done successfully, you will save Bonnie and she will automatically speak with you. The trophy will unlock at the end of your conversation with her.
