First, skip the cutscene showing Mundus by zipping past it. This is especially useful on console since skipping the scene takes as much time as watching it.

Second, a slightly controversial skip (only for Heaven and Hell?). After the train cart falls down, the game starts to load the next parts of the level. This includes death collision outside window that teleports you forward in time, so wait a little for the death collision to load, then Helmbreaker to your doom. This might be doable a little faster, still didn't get the perfect timing down.

If you do it too early, you may get stuck in a strange limbo where you fall repeatedly down as the next cutscene plays. Retrying from checkpoint should fix things. Will probably show this result in some "glitches and observations" vid later on.

(not on the vid: it's difficult but possible to start infinite gliding at the very start of the level and maybe skip using the grappling points on the way to the roof. Might save 1 second.)
