Here we tackle the Hard Time Attack Challenges for the trophy "Speed King" in order to receive the Time Attack Items.
You made it to the double digits! Congratulations! The tenth Colossus is the Narga [DIRGE] and the tactic here is to KEEP RUNNING! Agro can stop in the middle of running if you're not focused on pressing the buttons to run properly and that's the worst enemy for this Colossus fight.
Always try to hit near the eyes just before they emerge from the sand and if you get the timing right, it's a perfect shot almost 90% of the time, More of a muscle and eye coordination tactic in this one than anything else. It is also possible to not damage it but still hit its eyes letting it stumble to the closest wall and turn over.

★ Personal Thoughts:
How extremely easy it is to go about one's entire playthrough without ever having to properly see what Dirge actually looks like. Imagine how many times I had to redo this Colossi fight just to take that incredible screenshot of the thumbnail. Absolutely loved snapping it!
Dirge is one of those Colossi fights which can make it or break it in my very opinion. If you're good at shots, you're solid! but hitting those eyes can get super annoying. It's not a hard boss but the worst part of this fight is the claustrophobic arena where this fight takes place. It's so easy to run into a stone pillar and whatnot nuisance, let alone trying to break that one particular stone with Dirge's help to uncover that relic you need to get Dormin's Sword.
What a drag Dirge is... Literally!
