There was a shot in the most recent Doctor Who trailer which showed us an abandoned TARDIS surrounded by broken plants and flowers and up until this point, I had not thought much about it. Still, an article theorises that this is the Fourteenth Doctor's (David Tennant) TARDIS that is dying for some reason, perhaps 14 is also coming to the end of his life.

This would match up with something that Russell T Davies said during one of the audio commentaries; RTD said that there would be an episode this season that confirms that Ncuti Gatwa's Doctor is in fact travelling in the original TARDIS that we have been with for 60 odd years. Seeing 14's TARDIS wither away could be how the show links back to what the Showrunner said.
