We take on World 4 - Gorilla Glacier in this episode of my 101% let's play of Donkey Kong Country. This is where the game ramps up in difficulty with a very challenging barrel section at the end of the first stage letting you know the training wheels are off (but you can skip it). The blizzard effect combined with the changing backgrounds and absolutely brilliant music creates probably the most memorable ambient experience this game has to offer, which to this day still evokes a certain escalating fear in the calm - enough to make the hair on my neck stand up. Croctopus Chase is a fun water level too, one that used to be a challenge as a kid.
