Don't Rush Yourself, Go At Your Own Pace
4It's been a rough year and progress has been slow for many of us in regards to our lives. Remember that there is no strictly mandated time by which you need to have achieved certain things and stressing yourself out over them only does you a disservice. As long as you get up each day and keep doing what you've gotta do, you'll get to where you want to go.
The Pandemic has made this especially difficult for practically everyone but it'll fade away eventually. In the meantime you just need to hang in there and do the best you can. We're all struggling but together we can make it through and get ourselves back on track.
