In this video, Doodlebug aka Bug Bash 2, released in 1992 for the Atari ST by Core Design.
Princess Lady Bug has been kidnapped and you must rescue her before it's too late. Armed with his magic colored pencils that can draw useful special items, our hero must travel and complete 20 levels in 5 different worlds to accomplish his mission. He will also have the opportunity to use many special vehicles such as submarines, helicopters, space ships, buggies, and dragons,
Graphically this game is very colored; in game it features up to 49 colors on-screen simultaneously on STE machines and to 41 colors on standard ST machines. The sprites are detailed, the scrolling is ok, there are some framerate drops and the main sprite moves relatively slow. The audio is composed of a nice tune that becomes irritatingly unsupportable after a few minutes. The playability is good once you accustom yourself to the controls.
Here you'll find loading screens and gameplay.

All footage taken from original hardware machines and upscaled to 1080P.

Let me know what do you think about the video in the comments below but, most important, Enjoy!!!
