In this video, Escape From The Planet Of The Robot Monsters, released in 1990 for the Atari ST by Domark.
Conversion from the original coin-op, EFTPOTRM puts you and a friend in command of two heros (Jake and Duke) that must save Dr. Sarah Bellum and the other captives scientists from an alien race called Reptilons living on a planet called X. The game is played from an isometric perspective and the players must go through a series of maze-like levels to reach the end.
Graphically well made, the scrolling is a little awful but sprites are abundant on the screen and are all well animated with a touch of humor. The good sound of the arcade has been simplified for the ST audio chip and is acceptable. The playability is good in solo and awesome in duo. The difficulty is well balanced even if there are thousand of enemies to blast, traps, obstacles and other dangers.
