This map is much harder than map 21, but it is still no problem when this map is compared with map 23 and map 24 which are extremely difficult maps in the wad. There are some unfair areas in the maps, like a trap of SSG, two arch-viles after a red key's switch, and the last room. In a trap of SSG, 4 revenants appeared and two revenants of them teleported instantly to block the entrance of the room. By them, I was prevented from escaping from the area and aimed from various directions without a place which could be hidden. A lot of chaingunners teleported above stairs in two sides from the red key's room after I got the key. I have not yet gotten any armor, so it was a little dangerous. Fortunately, chaingunners could not cone down the stairs in this one side. After I pushed the red key's switch, two arch-viles appeared in the lava square. Their targets could be changed easily for mancubus's spread fire balls. The same way could be used for a vile after a yellow key. In the case, the vile's attack would be almost unavoidable if you don't use the way. You are probably not in time even if you try to hide from the out of the vile's sight until its attack motion is finished. You can get a green armor in the early stage, but you can't recovery armor point till a mega sphere in the last area. I tended to consume a green armor completely before entering the yellow key's door. After the yellow key's door was hard, so I had to fight with caution without armor point, but the last area after I got a mega sphere was more dangerous. Many enemies, including the cyberdemon, appeared in a small room. Although monster-infighting was induced easily, passing through the herd of enemies to get a BFG depended on luck. Especially, lost souls which were spawned by a pain elemental strongly interfered me. The success rate was reasonably not low, but it was so tricky when I considered that I had to retry this map from the start point and reach the last area again.
