This map seemed to be "Oasis" (not map 23's title) between extremely hard maps. The difficulty of the map as a whole was probably average in the middle episode, but the early stage was a little difficult. Chaingunners in a lava area were so tricky and I usually died there. However, it could be retried easily, so I only broke through the area without paying attention to its risk. After I got a soul sphere in a secret, the rest of the run was very stable and I seldom died. I was able to afford to assault a vile by a berserk fist regardless of its attack for a faster record. In this run, I was taken terrible damage by a herd of arachnotrons, but I fortunately managed to survive it. I could have gotten my target which was under 5:30 even if I had dealt with the vile by a projectile weapon. In addition, I probably would have kept enough health. I didn't get the target easily. In the area before the exit, I killed four viles by telefrags. It was very easy, fast, and funny, though at least I needed health to stand a vile's attack on fast monsters.
