Dark, atmospheric map with plenty of action. Not super hard, but it took me a lot of time to get below 6 minutes, mainly because of the three cacos floating around outside. Sometimes they get stuck or wander off, and perhaps 1 in 10 times they cluster together at a nice space where you can tick them off with one or two BFG shots, like in this demo. I had one or two near perfect runs that were bedevilled by wandering cacos.

Another tricky bit is getting to the BFG secret (running to get to the platform on time). At least that does not rely on luck, but I failed quite a few times.

Funny thing is that my first exit was via a different and slower route. So naturally, I felt that I should beat it, but it was really hard, since I got a good caco cluster on that run. I found that the cacos are the key. :) (If there is a way to manipulate them, let me know.)

One interesting thing I noticed was that you can speed up the opening sequence in the tunnel by straferunning. However, if you straferun right up to the teleporter, you fall into a dark pit from which you can't escape. So you need to adjust and face forward / slow down right before you teleport.

I noticed that I probably could have saved a second or so in the last tunnel by straferunning, but it didn't come to mind. Oh well.

Still a few mistakes but I'm happy with getting under 6 minutes.
