Speedrun ended up being a pacifist run, so we'll call it the greater of two categories this time. I think 4 seconds is doable if the arch-vile doesn't speedbump you, and maybe even 3 if you satan decides to take the day off.

The max is the hard part. I think I got extremely lucky, no, I DID get extremely lucky when it came to that chaingunner taking aggro on those two cacodemons and doing lots of damage to the one of them. That probably is the main thing that saved me 6 seconds compared to my second fastest run. This map is a pain though. Basically a reset cannon, especially within the first few seconds. If you miss the shotgun pickup, miss one of the three hitscanners, get shredded by the chaingunners, get melted by the mancubus, OR get targeted by the arch-vile, you might as well reset, because it's gonna kill you anyways or make you waste precious seconds so you don't die.
