It was a new day and I reloaded my save. I was having terrible play (imo) due to not having the brand new fastsync option on my new card on. I ended up fixing this... you have to disable some fastboot default mode on win10 so it will load up the nivida control panel drivers on startup.

Vsync on or off on an opengl game with triple buffering isnt a real problem though. My real issue is that however method/tech I had my mouse's cord situated came apart and the cord's resistance was making my aim uneven. Long story short, I ended the play early to regain composure.
