DOOM The Dark Ages VR MOD is INTENSE! // New VR Mod Gameplay (4090 - No DLSS)
396DOOM The Dark Ages now has a VR MOD and IT. IS. INTENSE! Doom The Dark Ages is fast, frantic and, at times, overwhelming in VR but in my opinion this only makes the experience better than the flat screen counterpart, this brand new VR mod gives players a gorgeous, immersive 3D world with full size and scale & head tracking/head based aiming, sadly you won't find motion controls here however as this is a Luke Ross R.E.A.L VR mod, all of which recommend a gamepad for the best experience. Currently the Doom The Dark Ages VR mod won't launch for me when I have DLSS enabled, I'm sure this will be fixed fairly soon because the performance increase you'll get with DLSS will be HUGE, however the game still ran incredibly smoothly for me inside the headset despite the video capture looking quite choppy/jerky. VR DOOM is ALWAYS the best DOOM and it's amazing that we now have a new way to play both DOOM Eternal and Dark Ages thanks to the Luke Ross R.E.A.L VR mod, if you want to check this out yourself you can sign up to Luke's Patreon at the link below.

Currently I cannot get DOOM The Dark Ages VR to work with DLSS so the capture here looks slightly choppy, the experience in headset is much better and with DLSS it will be EVEN smoother.
