It's by the same author who made the Cacoaward winning Netronian Chaos, Captain J or CJ, This mod is from Jul 2018 and continues the sort of cartoony stuff that put CJ on the doom modding map with some much needed improvements.
Rebel Rumble's story.. I honestly couldn't understand it and it didn't make much sense to me at all, Captain J noted this mod is based on a Game called Total Carnage but the comparisons are a bit strange or off to say the least.. You have a choice between two characters:Resisto-1 or Revoltee-2, Both have their own weapons, skills and movement speed.
This mod is insane I must say, The weapons you have can actually kill you if you aren't careful as they remind me of weapons from Russian Overkill, The enemies are all unpredicatable and that's how I like it.. This mod's not a everyday play but I enjoyed it for what it is.
