So, after helping out the Templar who almost got turned into a walking vessel for demons, we finally head on over to the Elvish clan that we were supposed to go and meet near the beginning of the game. If you recall from the very start, Flemeth tells us that we needed to drop off an amulet to the Elves that reside outside the city as payment for helping us escape to Ferelden. I don’t think they ever explained why we didn’t go and hand this off any time during the first year we were there (you know, working off our debt that got us into the city); I know the Dalish are a nomadic people so maybe they weren’t there for the entire year, I guess? It just seems odd that we procrastinated this for an entire year and the elves don’t seem at all upset with us. Regardless, we get to meet the group of elves and, more importantly, another oddball that may or may not join the team. I will say that this character has a very interesting storyline that I hope we get around to doing (Even though I’ve played this game before, I’m still worried about having another “Zevran” event again even though it didn’t happen to me during the first playthrough)
