Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Start “Regrets of the Dread Wolf”
This side quest is triggered during the main story in Chapter 6, “A Warden’s Best Friend.” Throughout the game, collect all six Fen’Harel Memories (one from each wolf statuette found in the Crossroads).
View the Memories
After collecting each memory, return to the Lighthouse to unlock cinematic recall scenes. You must view all six before continuing.
Return to Crossroads and Talk to Mythal
At the end of the quest, you'll face Mythal. To earn the trophy, you must convince her to join peacefully and avoid combat.
Choose These Exact Dialogue Options
Use the following sequence to peacefully persuade Mythal:
“I want your help”
“We must stop the Blight”
“You stood against it”
“We must stop the gods”
“They wronged you”
“We are worthy”
“Building a safe place”
Unlock the Trophy
If done correctly, Mythal remains friendly and hands over her Essence. You’ll receive the Clear Minds and Open Hearts trophy.
⚠ ️ Important: This trophy is missable if you choose combat or any dialogue that derails her transformation. Save before the conversation to reload if needed.
Why It’s Missable
Combat or "wrong" dialogue choices (Mythal transforming into a dragon) will prevent the trophy from unlocking.
You must collect all 6 memories and view them in the Lighthouse before talking to Mythal.
