We are currently in Chapter 1: Cantlin. Previously, Davilas did a couple of quests for Pippa. He built her a room of her own and built a Dressing Room for the people of Cantlin.

After crafting some additional things, Davilas speaks to Rollo (time 1:34). Rollo wants Davilas to travel to a castle beyond the Blue Teleportal and find information about the Stone Stockade.

In the morning, Davilas goes through the Blue Teleportal (time 3:58).

Past the ruins where he fought the Iron Scorpion, he finds a couple of Hammerhood gardeners (time 6:24). One speaks of an implement called a Shovel. The other asks Davilas's help in making its garden look like its competitor's. Davilas will not be able to do this until he learns how to make a Shovel later.

Farther west, Davilas enters the second cave he finds (time 9:24). Here, he finds the old message of a long-dead person asking Davilas to bury their remains with a block of Earth and set a grave stone on top.

On the nearby highlands, Davilas discovers Wheat (time 11:05). He learns how to make Bread.

He eventually finds the castle. There is a bed that he can create a room around so he can rest.

At the high seat in the castle, Davilas meets the ghost of Ranulph, who was mayor of Cantlin long ago (time 13:06). Ranulph tells Davilas to meet him on the roof of the castle for information about the Stone Stockade. There are a couple of notes and a book nearby, and they paint a distressing picture about Cantlin's fate.

Using his building skills and plenty of Earth blocks, Davilas makes his way up the castle.

Atop the southwest tower, there is a chest containing a Chimaera Wing (time 20:09).

Davilas meets the ghost of Ranulph atop the northwest tower (time 20:40). After considerable dialogue, Ranulph unlocks the chest, which contains the Defensive Designs (time 22:17). After taking these, Davilas must go back to Rollo. He can also take what he wants from the castle.

Outside the castle, Davilas can find the ghost of a Cantlin guard atop an incomplete stone stockade (time 23:48). The guard gives Davilas 3 Stone Wall blocks and 2 Spike Traps to complete the stockade.

After receiving the items, Davilas uses them to repair the stone stockade. Then, three Brownies will attack. Davilas can just stand back and let them kill themselves on the Spike Traps. their hammers cannot damage the stone wall.

Then, Davilas talks to the ghostly guard (time 26:59). The guard will explain the purpose of the castle. Unfortunately, it seems that the enemy was within the bastion itself. The guard tells Davilas to seek the Stone Stockade design within the castle, but Davilas has already done so. After the conversation, Davilas demolishes the stone stockade and takes the parts for use at the base.

Davilas uses a Chimaera Wing to return to Cantlin (time 28:52).

In town, he reports to Rollo (time 29:10). Davilas hands over the Defensive Designs. Rollo will now work to decipher them. He rewards Davilas with 3 pieces of Stone. Quest complete!

Next time, Davilas will work on Rollo's next quest and beef up Cantlin's defenses.
