Davilas the human is currently carrying out the storyline for Verinaado, the Wedi capital. He has gone northeast to the Ruins of Poetry in the Buunaa Rainforest and beaten up a massive crab. Now, it is time to go back to the Eternal Underground Labyrinth in the northwest of Northern Verinaado.

After getting a party together, Davilas heads out to the Northern Verinaado countryside via the eastern gate (time 4:27). Then, he heads for the Eternal Underground Labyrinth entrance.

At B-2, next to the entrance to the labyrinth, there is a black chest containing Mini Medal #140 (time 6:22). Counting the 43 he has already spent, he is currently at 97 medals.

After collecting this, Davilas heads into the Eternal Underground Labyrinth again (time 6:41). He goes downstairs to level B1 (time 7:21).

When he examines the door at D-4, another scene occurs (time 7:31). Prince Oudisu and Kyasuran will arrive, and the prince will open up the door. Kyasuran shows that she is not entirely trustworty. Unfortunately for her, the dog that she offended earlier shows up to take a bite out of her and complicates her scheme. The queen then arrives. After a talking-to from her minister, she frees the people trapped in water, in the process opening up the route to the lowest level of the dungeon. The girl that had been trapped in the water is Seiria. However, there is also this thing in the depths named Basa Grande. The party will have to help the prince deal with it.

After the scene, the party descends to level B2 (time 17:40). This level has a few teleporters to give the player a headache.

In the northeast of D-7, there is a black chest containing three large scales (time 19:00).

At D-2, the northwest teleporter takes the player to the platform at C-6 (time 21:32). The black chest on this platform contains 1,280 gold. The C-6 teleporter then takes the player to the platform at G-4.

The teleporter at E-4 takes the player to the platform at D-4 just to the west (time 24:13). The black chest on this platform contains three watery things.

The teleporter on the D-4 platform takes the player to the platform at D-7 near the entrance (time 24:42). The teleporter there takes the player back to the platform at G-4.

Then, the teleporter at E-3 takes the player to the northwest platform at D-2 (time 25:43).

At D-1, there is a black chest containing a Magic Water (time 26:08). How welcome!

After preparing the party, Davilas leads them through the door at D-1 to the boss room (time 26:55). In a scene, the party meets Basa Grande, the "friend" that Kyasuran wanted to reawaken. But the Basa Grande is not very friendly. Seiria and the Verinaado royals show up. After the queen and Seiria weaken Basa Grande with the power of music, it will be time for a fight.

Davilas gets to select his difficulty level, and the fight starts (time 30:36). Basa Grande general design sort of makes me think of a Final Fantasy Behemoth. The monster fires a dark lightning attack straight ahead. He likes to knock party members off their feet with roars, and he has disruptive wave.

I did not find Basa Grande as difficult as Aragne. Lowering his defense is not too difficult. Watch out primarily for the dark lightning attack; don't cluster around in front of him.

Another scene takes place after the battle (time 34:02). Bye bye, Basa Grande. Kyasuran doesn't stick around to be detained. Verinaado's royals and Seiria will depart to go back to town.

Basa Grande left behind a chest with a Super Genki Ball (time 36:11). Then, Davilas Evacs the party out of the dungeon. Once outside, he zooms them back to Verinaado (time 37:21).

He makes a beeline for Verinaado Castle (time 38:24). Then, he reports in to the throne room on the third floor (time 39:27). The royals will suitably reward Davilas for his hard work by giving him the Silver Key Emblem. Just one Key Emblem remains!

Other rewards for completing Verinaado's storyline are 88,000 experience points and 4,600 gold (time 44:03). Davilas reaches Minstrel Level 53 and earns 3 skill points. He puts these points into the Minstrel's Litheness skill for a total of 71.

A final story scene takes place as Davilas heads out the castle's front door (time 47:09). Queen Dioure will appear for another performance, this time with Seiria. A Wedi girl with a hairstyle like Jessica's will bend Davilas's ear for a moment before leaving.

Davilas next goes over to Glen to rest and sell off some materials (time 50:54).
