Previously, Davilas carried out Quests 014 - 017 in Verinaado, Kamiharumui, Doruwaamu, and Gaatoranto. He will now continue with Quests 018, 024, and 025.

After hiring a party and checking mail, Davilas takes the train over to Verinaado (time 5:56).

Upon arrival, he heads into Verinaado Castle (time 8:01) and heads into the room at B-4 on the second floor (time 8:37). Within, he talks to Eriigo at B-3 (time 8:49). He issues Quest 018. As a prerequisite, Davilas must have completed Verinaado's storyline and earned its Key Emblem. Eriigo sends Davilas to talk to Keimosu down in town.

After leaving the castle, Davilas finds Keimosu at G-3 near the pub (time 11:20). He requests a Sea Urchin Thorn (とげウニ). These can be bought at the bazaar, or they can be found in Southern Verinaado and Kyurarana Coast. Kyurarana is an easier place to find them.

Naturally, before leaving town, Davilas sets a Ruura Stone for Verinaado (time 13:08).

Then, Davilas takes the western gate so he can go to the Southern Verinaado countryside (time 14:02). There, he rides the wagon to the area's southern encampment (time 14:42). He then takes the canoe to Kyurarana Coast (time 15:32).

Several of the farming points in Kyurarana Coast have a chance of yielding Sea Urchin Thorns, such as one at B-4 (time 16:58). Many of them seem to be right along the water.

After getting one, Davilas zooms back to Verinaado (time 17:30). He takes the Sea Urchin Thorn to Keimosu at G-3 near the pub (time 18:14).

Then, on the second floor of Verinaado Castle, Davilas must go into the Ambassador Room at G-5 (time 20:32). Within, he must examine the second bookshelf along the left-hand side (time 20:48). There, he acquires a Book of the Royal Family key item.

Back at B-3, Davilas must deliver the book to Eriigo (time 21:55). Eriigo rewards Davilas with 3 Wenaaru Shells, as well as the usual experience, orb points, and fame points.

Davilas has already completed Quests 019 - 023, which are post office quests in Azlan, Glen, Juretto, Gatara, and Orufea. The next is Quest 024, the post office quest in Rendoa.

So, Davilas takes the train to Rendoa (time 25:28).

At F-5 in the northern section of Rendoa, he talks to Kanoko, the postal employee (time 27:10). Kanoko issues Quest 024. This will take Davilas to the Western Verinaado territory.

So, after setting a Ruura Stone for North Rendoa, Davilas zooms back to Verinaado (time 30:05). He again takes the western exit in the south to go to Southern Verinaado (time 30:26).

Then, he takes the canoe at C-3 to Western Verinaado (time 31:38). Look out for strong enemies in this area.

At C-6 on the southwestern beach, he must chat with Feruume (time 37:01). Feruume will hand over a "precious stone of the ripples" key item.

Davilas then zooms back to Rendoa (time 38:12). He delivers the stone to Kanoko at F-5 (time 38:41). Among the usual rewards, she gives him a sample of the Port City Stationery that has now become available in her shop.

Afterwards, Davilas takes the train to Gaatoranto, where Quest 025 is available (time 42:00).

At C-5 in the Gaatoranto post office, he talks to postal employee Ichiha (time 43:51). She issues Quest 025. This will require him to examine a big, rusty sword in Oruseko Highlands.

After setting a Ruura Stone for Gaatoranto (time 45:41), Davilas exits to the Gaatoranto countryside (time 46:26). There, he takes the B-4 exit west to Oruseko Highlands (time 48:07).

On the D-5 plateau, he must examine the large northeastern sword (time 50:04). He will get the Rust of Huge Sword key item.

Davilas then zooms back to Gaatoranto (time 50:37). Before reporting in, he changes vocations to Level 8 Sage (time 51:50).

Then, he reports in to postal employee Ichiha at C-5 (time 52:48). She will reward him with a sample of the Stationery of Fighting Spirit that she has now made.

After the quest dialogue is done, Davilas reaches Sage Level 10 (time 54:29). He learns "Io," or Bang. He earns 3 skill points, which he puts into the Sage's Enlightenment skill ("Satori") for a total of 3. Is that "Satori" as in the "Book of Satori" in DQ3?

Davilas then lists some things for sale at Gaatoranto's bazaar (time 55:59).

After resting at the inn, Davilas reaches Fame Level 18 (time 1:00:04).

Before signing off, Davilas changes back to Level 64 Minstrel (time 1:00:51).
