Davilas is currently carrying out the Version 2.2 storyline. Previously, he finished Quest 343: Showdown of Fate. It ended with a shocking revelation for poor Princess Anlucia. Now, he will continue the storyline with Quest 344.

After checking his mail and hiring a party, Davilas zooms to Gran Zedoura Castle (time 5:48). At E-6/E-7 on the second floor, he talks to Sage Rushenda (time 7:23). Princess Anlucia comes in for a chat with Rushenda about what happened previously. If I understand correctly, Rushenda suggests they confer with the other three sages throughout the world. Rushenda asks Davilas to take the first floor elevator to the secret meeting room and talk to Milt.

At E-7 on the first floor, Davilas takes the elevator (time 10:59). The first option goes to the Gran Zedoura Docks, the second to the Secret Meeting Room. Davilas chooses the second option.

He enters the northern room (time 11:59). He finds a meeting room with a circular table that has a strange contraption in the middle.

Within, he talks to Milt at D-2 (time 12:29). He issues Quest 344: "Congregation! Crown of Wisdom". He wants Davilas to talk to Bajeo out in the Ragi Snowfield near Rangao Mountains. Davilas previously met Bajeo during Quest 339.

After accepting the quest, Davilas accepts the option to fast-travel to northeastern Rangao Mountains near the entrance to Ragi Snowfield (time 13:42). Then, he heads to Ragi Snowfield (time 14:12).

He enters the hut at H-5 (time 16:14). Bajeo greets him enthusiastically. He asks Davilas to acquire a Magic Light Lens from a Killer Machine.

Killer Machines can be found in the northwest of Ragi Snowfield (time 19:09).

After just one battle, Davilas acquires the Magic Light Lens he needs (time 19:50). Now, he has to take it back to Milt in the Secret Meeting Room.

So, Davilas zooms back to Gran Zedoura Castle (time 20:19). On floor 1 of the castle, he takes the elevator down to the Secret Meeting Room (time 21:32).

A scene takes place when he enters the room again (time 22:03). Bajeo is waiting there. Davilas hands over the lens. He uses it to fix up the projector in the room. Then, Rushenda comes in. It seems Bajeo admires her, and the feeling is not shared! Rushenda asks Davilas to go fetch Anlucia.

Next, Davilas automatically goes to Anlucia's chambers on the third floor (time 24:46). She's looking at a childhood picture of her with her brother. Then, she has a vision of her evil doppelganger. She departs for the meeting room with Davilas.

Then, they return to the Secret Meeting Room (time 26:48). At Rushenda's command, Bajeo activates the contraption. Three sages appear for a holo-conference: Hourou, Eidos, and Broggen. Rushenda speaks of the Demon King Madesagoura. After the conference, Milt rewards Davilas with 5 Sage's Elixirs. Quest 344 complete!

Another scene takes place in Anlucia's chambers (time 31:40). Rushenda conjures up a magical door that leads to the Labyrinth of the Royal Family. She gives Davilas a key.

When Davilas regains control, he has reached Level 83 (time 35:10). He gains 2 skill points, which he puts into Staves for a total of 92.

Davilas is over Level 81, so he is eligible to take the quest to raise his level cap from 85 to 90. He will take care of that quest next time.
