In this video, Jammy teaches you how to make Dragon's Crown Pro Pea Croquettes, just like the kind you make in the camp. What's the tastiest food from Dragon's Crown you wish was real?

What You Need:
3 small potatoes
1 cup green split peas
1 tsp salt, separated, plus more to taste
1 onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 TBL ginger, minced
2 TBL olive oil
1 TBL curry powder
3 eggs
A few drops green gel color, optional
1 cup flour
2 cup panko
Oil for frying

Peel potatoes and quarter them. Place them in a pot with cold water. Bring water to a boil and cook for 20 minutes until soft. Drain and mash in a large bowl. Set aside.

In the same pot, place split peas, cover in water and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 tsp salt. Drop heat to simmer, cover and cook for 20-30 minutes or until peas are soft. Drain. Add to potato mash.

Add olive oil to a non-stick pan. Once hot, add onions and 1/2 tsp salt. Cook on medium-high heat stirring often until onions are golden. Then, add curry powder and stir it in. Remove from the heat and stir in garlic and ginger. Add entire contents of pan to potato and pea mash. Stir, and taste for seasoning. Add more salt if needed.

Whisk egg and add green food color if you like. Stir into the pea mash. Assemble a dredging station: 1 bowl gets 2 beaten eggs, 1 bowl gets flour, and one bowl gets panko. Make small oval croquettes with potato mash. Dip into flour, then egg, then panko. Set aside until ready to fry.

Bring a small pot of oil up to 350 degrees. Slowly dip a croquette into the oil and fry until outer crust is golden, a couple minutes. Place in a plate to drain. Serve warm with dipping sauces like tonkatsu or barbecue sauce.
