This table will adjust the speed of Tanner on foot.
You can set its multiplier yourself to make it your own.

There are some side affects of me removing the bump code. Normally you will bump into cars or walls which will hurt or even kill you depending on the multiplier. With this script, it's disabled and hence you have some side affects (@1:11) (which in my opinion is cool). Also fall damage has been disabled.
