Increased speed by 0.001 to bring it up to exact 60 frames (as oppose to 59.94) in order to get rid of/ minimise the stutter. I went for exact 60 since it's the refresh rate most monitors use whereas the recording was 59.94 so it'd eventually have to skip a frame or copy a frame or something to match the refresh rate of the monitor.
The screen can still flicker but honestly part of it is the fault of the game and it's what it looks like of a TV.
if you're experiencing too much stutter (due to internet speed or weak computer) lower quality to 480p.
